    They will normally make you pay the remainder of the contract? But seen as we dont physically sign anything i dont know how they could make you?

    Try taking it back to the store you purchased it from if not write a letter or email to them very long and showing your not happy with what they have done i.e staff not being helpful etc

    Thats ok then just on a previous policy i had my mum was the main driver so i didnt build up no claims for my policy that i have now that could have been cheaper if i had them!

    I thought that if the alloys came as standard the insurance should cover them? As i have alloys on mine?
