    yeh course mate, you get what pay for at the end of the day. Obviously they're not going to be as good as coilovers, yet they still do the job.

    yeh its fairly dirty - been used twice now. just dont want to have grit in it then i go and use it next time. Do you mean "if its NOT dirty then your not washing it properly"

    Apex 40mm springs from kam racing, fcuk the ride quality (which isnt that bad anyway) they give a better stance than the eibachs.

    removing rear diamonds

    - Take the black plastic off - Undo 3 bolts - Pull the whole lock surround out - scratch away hard glue from the 4 rectangular holes which is keeping the diamond on. - pull the diamond off
