The bolts are usually through the glass and into a back plate which moves the window up and down whether it be with an electric motor or manually. If the frame is knackered then you'd need to take that all out as well as the seals most likely and buy a new one but its hard to say without...

The windows are bolted in on most cars. You have electric or manual wind down windows? You need to remove the door card for sure. You will see the window has probably dropped down too far because there may be 2 bolts which have come un-done. Will be a fiddly job.

If you want around 200bhp be prepared to spend at least £2k. It's not cheap!

smt6 improved my fuel economy after manifold match, seemed to improve it more than I was originally doing with no mods. I saw a 16bhp increase with manifold match, de-cat and smt6 at GDI... That was running std exhaust, filter etc.
