"As a rule of thumb, you should only use MP3 devices at levels up to 60% of maximum volume for a total of 60 minutes a day," says Dr. Foy. "The louder the volume, the shorter your duration should be. At maximum volume, you should listen for only about five minutes a day."
"Unfortunately, the...
Wow you know I read an article once saying you shouldn't wear headphones for more than 2 hours per day as they could permanently damage your ear drums if listened to in excess! 😧
Another vote for Grado's here, wicked headphones... I've killed loads of pairs of headphones in the past, lasting only a few months. My Grado's however lasted me 7-8 years.
I think the problems with these cars (and the people that want them) is that completely disregarding how well it's been looked after etc. there's a few facelift models trickling through into the £3,000 mark now. People wonder why they should bother spending an extra £1,500 in the first place...
For me sometimes it relates to getting previously burned with an OS. It's the same with me and Macs... I love Apple but I will never own OS X. When I was at school I just thought the Mac OS (whatever it was at the time) was awful, no eject button on floppy drives and only one button on the...
As others have sort of pointed out, the main difference for me here is that Google wanted you to walk around in public looking like a t**t... whereas Microsoft want you using this thing at home and/or at the work place; that seems much more likely. It does seem out of reach atm but hopefully...
No brainer really. Impressed with some of the announcement yesterday!
If HoloLens actually works as well as it's meant to it could be pretty revolutionary. Nice to see that a 'flagship' Windows phone will be coming out soon too, I think it's a great OS just let down by clunky hardware.
Never been pulled for them and one way or another I've been running illegal plates for the best part of 5-6 years. However, for the first time ever they failed my MOT because of them last time :( all I did was stick the old one back on with some Velcro and took them off when I got home again...
I've said it before on here but it took me less than an hour to get use to the size... and now using anything smaller seems like a kids phone! I used the double tap thing loads to begin with, but not so much now.
Guess I'm eating my words a bit but could never go back to my iPhone 5S now lol... screen size increase is just brilliant, Touch ID is faster. I love it. It's definitely not the prettiest looking iPhone ever made but I think it's the best.
My missus said the other day that the Z3 is her favourite phone ever now... and she's had them all from iOS to Windows Phone to Android. Said she's even considering selling her iPad as she just prefers using the phone now! Which seems a bit mad, but there you go. To be fair I'd say it was the...
As he said those pictures are before he removed things himself. Thing is with this stuff is that's it's a cheap job, if you started removing everything beforehand the prep work is going to end up costing the same as a paint job.
Fair play! How the f**k did she manage to buy that kit for £75... that was our Christmas budget and she swears she didn't go over, in fact I know she didn't because she was broke! I did say I nearly bought it for her once but I felt £150 for some lights was too steep lol, and she said it was no...
