40mm on 15's is nothing i had 60mm on 15's and still a huge arch gap. was gash. 16s and 60mm closes the arch gap but doesnt really make it look low cause its still about a mile off the floor

well check that tomorrow bud. If its not that, you could have a problem with your steering. Maybe something is broken or came loose ie - could be something wrong with the power steering pump, fluid levels.. steering arms. I got the shaking in my old car and my steering arms (i think) were bent...

bolts are possibly loose then. Give them a check tomorrow.
