Judging by the needle bouncing up and down I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a boost control solenoid. On the mk2 generation they’re renowned for being failure prone and OEMs have a habit of mounting them on hot turbos.

I do lots of track days, but most of them start at one place, finish at another, and get timed :P

No. It’s not actual weight, it’s based on the MAXIMUM weight. The copper will check the gross (maximum) weight on the plate inside the driver’s door, and then the plated maximum weight on the trailer. Add those together, and if it’s more than 3500kg then it’s bad news.

I wouldn't be surprised. I think people expect to be able to drive with fingertips and not have any kickback from the wheel at all. I wonder how they'd cope with something like this;

I’ve just looked back, they’re Pilot Super Sports. I do recall they weren’t the best when it was greasy. The PS4s are much better in that regard.
