You can program the UCH to do certain things ie. light, wipers etc, but it's the immobiliser code part that's a faff. FYI new UCH is around £300 so not the cheapest option. I'd be suprised if the UCH you have doesn't have the option for climate control in it. What model is the N2 from? I'm sure...
Hmmm, is that both torque and bhp? When I get my kit fitted i'm looking for a bit more lower grunt really. 421's may help, but I think the main increase with those is also higher up in the rev range. So are you saying i'll have not much up to 5K then it will take off?
Just weighed my 421s along side my standard cams (nothing to watch on tv. Lol)and they are 3.5kg and 2.7kg respectively. Weird as the catcams look smaller, so it must be a more dense steel. Obviously these provide gains, but does heavier rotating mass have any affects here? Just curious really :)
Presumably the car stripping is done now? What else is there to remove? (unless you're on about the decorating :o) Surely you need to keep some weight or the savage house will start hopping.
you might save a reasonable amount, but with it being low down weight, in some ways removing it may affect the weight distribution, and i'm sure it must help with shell stiffness.
