Best advise tbh. Get it on diagnostics to rule of issues. If it's loom related you'll get connection issues on diag.

Sealed unit pal. You'd have to remove the bulb, stick something long in ;) and brush it clean, rinse and dry with a hair dryer or similar. How bad are they? Shouldn't be anything in them really

Search tool is amazing ;) you don't need to reset them. If the light is still on, something is not connected correctly.

I'm still debating on paint. It will crack round the bolts when tightening. I'm wire brushing at the mo and it looks ok tbh. Will see though. Powder coated bits I've go look good though :)

102mm ducting, but it won't fit behind the headlight. I believe 2x70mm will fit though. You'd have to make some up to fit. Ie. 102 into 70 back to 102. Bit of messing for no benefit tbh

Does sound like the keys are fine, just need resyncing. You've activated auto lock when you hold down the central locking button. It's usually always on. Stops people mugging you at lights ;)
