I wasn't really looking at 182's when I got my 197, I was looking at other cars in its price bracket...
I've seen these myself in person - not what you expect from a well respected refurber tbh.

I personally prefer Menz to 3M, but each to their own.
Given how new your car is, I'd say Lime Prime on a Polishing Pad should do the job, then top with appropriate wax.
This kit will sort you out - the 5" Menz pads are superb via DA, and the 3.02 will cut nicely on the compunding pad:
