I really like the S3 however have an iPhone 5. I've only had a play for a few days with an S3 and from what I could tell it was an awesome little phone.
why do I have an iPhone then? I'm to into the Apple Eco-system (iMac, MacBook, iPad, Apple TV etc) to go for anything but an iPhone.
We are quite chuffed with ours also. Only problem we had was finding a network that gave coverage in our house. Went from O2 to 3. 3 to T-Mobile. T-Mobile to O2. Full circle but O2 are the only carrier to give us signal in our house.
We bought cheapo bumpers to cover us until a time where...
My thoughts:
Very very snappy. The extra screen real estate makes quite a difference. The camera is also a big big improvement.
Only downside is, we switched to a sim only 1 month deal with 3 and the reception in our house is shocking. 1 bar to no service.
Will be changing that tomorrow.

We got UPS also. Gonna ring them tomorrow night and ask if I can pick them up from their depot. It's 30 seconds down the road for us.

Pretty pi$$ed about the no official dock. Though agree with Jaff. New connector looks too wee to hold the weight of the phone.

I dont think EE have revealed what their 4G tariffs will be so difficult to say if it'll be worth it.

Would love a dock and a "tiny length" cable. Like it plugged in just sitting in front of the iMac.
Its simple. Phone T-Mobile and ask for a PAC code. Order your new nano-sim from 3. When it arrives. Phone 3 to activate it quoting them your PAC code. Your T-Mobile contract will end automatically once 3 have used your PAC code and your old number will be on the new 3 nano-sim.
I finally got through to O2 cancellations today to get my PAC code after trying all weekend. Should see my 3 nano-sims arrive tomorrow so I can get my number transferred over to the nano-sim before the mad rush on Friday.
One thing for the folk that took out the 1 month rolling plans with 3. If...

Picked up my nano-micro sim adapter from the 3 store. Will activate my new 3 sim when it arrives on Tuesday and use it in my current 4. Wife aint too happy as her 4 isn't unlocked lol.
Not much has happened to the green one of late. Had her mapped down at RSTuning when I was down that way on holiday in July. Managed 187.1bhp pre map and 192.2bhp post map with an increase in peak torque of 5lb/ft. No printout unfortunately as Paul's techy skills getting a printer working aint...

I'm gonna phone and add tethering to my 3 sim only deal. Will make it £17.90 a month but will see a saving of £5 as I currently have a O2 sim in my 3G iPad 2 costing me a tenner a month.
