Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator losing line pressure over night, which is fairly common. Try turning the key 2 turns (but not to start the engine), then off, then forward and start. This will prime the fuel pump twice and should start straight away. Just a thought

Clean the internal threads with brake cleaner and stuffing a cloth down the holes best you can. Then apply loctite to the studs and nip them up by hand. They don't need to be mega tight.
