If its on the inside, you probably have already damaged the heating. But what i would do, it get a hair drier on it, and a razor blade. then remove the sticky with white spirit, or tar remover.

I have one, and its good, well i have no experience with other machines, but its served me fine, and done a damn good job on the paint. I got the menzerna kit.

Tbh it doesnt matter which one you get, torque is the same on both. Slower can be modded up to 160 spec for not alot either.

Depends which VVC engine you get. Pre MG-F trophy the K series VVC was 143bhp. With the trophy they switched from Mems 1.9 to 3, more aggressive map, better headwork and a few other breathing mods to get it to 160bhp. Great engine, shame as N/A the VVC mechs limit it to 185bhp.

Obviously the car is s**t, and slow etc, but its bloody fun in the twisties, just as a 1*2 is.
