Pros are springs on theyre own .... lookin at around £140 .... not the cheapest but best all round for drop & drivability IMO.

they will defo not rub on a 30mm drop on 16s . why not consider Eibach pros which will transform the handling ten fold & drop it ?? never heard of anyone having a problem with dampers with these on . Cant comment on the K-tec springs .
