Are you sure you had standard suspension to start with? Clio's as standard generally sit higher at the back as they're much lighter there, and the sportlines pretty consistently lower the car quite evenly, going from reports on here anyway.

Yeah the whole email is very strange, not actually referring to the car at all. I'm quite concious of even replying and therefore giving them my email address. I know there's limits to what they can just with that, but at the very least it would open up a whole lot of spam and more scams...

I'm with Plusnet and has always been reliable and quick response to any queries I've had. My parents have always been with Eclipse and they swear by them - they used to be considered the most reliable ISP, not sure if they are anymore though.
