Yes and no...you need to use certain paint on them. I have done a few for people and most of them I scrapped the orange s**t off and painted the needles white. A few others weren't bothered and kept the orange needles.

And again..playing domination..get 5 kills and it starts jumping, manage to get predator out and kill 2 people..try to reload and its jumping around, call in harriers..they bomb then we get chucked out of the game..back to the lobby and then back to the main lobby (ie just me in it)..FFS thats 5...

Of cOurse you should use a depth gauge when machine polishing. You never know how many times the car has been done before and could easily strike through. You can't just assume that because 1 car has say 100 microns out of the factory you can polish it 50 times say, another car could come out...

Providing it hasnt gone down to paint it and is just the lacquer it could be removed via a correction then. Nicked that from over on Detailing world. If it is like the last one then it cant be done via correction...if its any of the others then it can be done.

IS it all the way down to bare metal?? "Some" scratches can be removed via correction with a DA or Rotary. But it depends how bad it actually is.
