yeh i watched them, they used a big bar with rubber bits, and 2 big blokes just pushed and bent the door and adjusted the catch, looked a bit harsh but its a proper fit now tho

you can use a pressure washer on the underside, but chances are it wont get much of the muck off, if your really keen then you need ramps and a sponge/bucket
