you can see the stub axel is taperd at one end, the washer/spacer is pressed to fit this ridge.

rear hub nut should be 175NM your bearing isnt pressed in right, or you have fitted the washer the wrong way round.

if they pullley sheers, game over! 99% of aux belts take the cam belt with them!

after fitting one, and seeing the "fixing" points, i would not wana roll over with one fitted!
