Thunderbird used to be great. Since 1.5 came out it's terrible, I have to close it at least once a day, because it goes upto 100% CPU for no reason. And don't even think about having a mailbox over 2Gb. It's not geared towards heavy use, which is a shame. It's still great for home use though.

Quicktime is s**t, always crashes firefox for me. Google Quicktime alternatives.
