Well in the past i had a richbrook aerial for my car, and took it to a car wash ( i know!! I was young and didn't really care about my car then ) well anyway.... the dryer in the car wash snapped my aerial off, and with it, the screw bit thats inside the base of the aerial. I've tried glueing...

Looks great, lower it and perfect, and done.
