Yes, completely, totally. I'm the same as you when I do it I do it properly. Just makes it worse because you have to "do it properly" every 3 or 4 days especially in crap weather. 6 hour clean then drive it to the shops and back in dry weather and it would be dirty looking on the bottom half.
