Anyone got any ideas how or where to rip some sound deadening out of the Dynamiques??? Dont kno if there is some stuffed behind the dash or whatever?! Dont laugh now you big 2.0L boys lol, i know its only a poxy little 1.2 lol
lol, it must be the first thing everyone seen! Kelly, i thought it was u at first! But then I seen ya over the other page! ;) i wont smooch too much tho lol! So Kel, you know her well?? What is it about nice girls having nice mates!!! Torture for us lads when ur girlfriend brings her mates round...

NED isnt an insult u arse lol! Must be a Scottish word! lol! Its more of a friendly way of saying u are an enthusiastic driver! Hmmmm, cant wait to get my exhaust! Just wonder what Renault Insurance will say bout it once ive renewed! Should be getting some SPAX springs soon :) I hear they are...
my plastic bit is already butchered anyway! I have a larger cold air feed pipe in it going into the standard air box, so that it gets air rammed into it, rather than sucking it from behind the light. As for 11bhp, i remember reading it, but i cant see that from a chip lol! maybe 5, dont kno what...
Yeah thats a good point! The load-sensitive brake force distributing thingy, i have a new clio dynamique, with drums on the back......and ABS. Does this have such a device??? If it does i guess i will have to get it adjusted when it gets lowered, but, im not sure if it will have. I know of many...
Does the relocation pipe give it a better noise than the Pipercross As standard Steve? I only intend on getting the Induction kit if i get the car chipped, to ensure all is set-up properly! Induction kit, Exhaust, Optimax, what ya think that would chip up to?? Be a pretty good 1.2 dont u think????
Steve u r a NED!! lol! I use optimax and i do find it gives better mpg! i can get high 40s when im pottering around! Even when i kick it i never get less than 38ish on average!
yeah it seems to run fine, in fact, its still getting better i feel! Just annoying tick tick!!! Good excuse to get the exhaust to make it sound better lol
CIS by any chance mate??? They are good for policies like that! Yeah im pushin 20, so gettin a little more respect from insurance companies now lol! Should be less than a grand to insure the dynamique in march! good job ive been saving! March will be insurance, tax and probably 2 Toyo Tyres lol...
......Insured as ur Dads car? Thats one of the benefits of the 1.2 and free insurance! Everythin is in my name, and im building some NCD, which will help me get a better car in the future!!! Cool!! Glad the car is in my name, got pulled by plod the other night and had the car checked! £30 fine...
1.2 16v is definately a CAT2 imobiliser as standard, i had an upgrade to CAT1 by having the alarm fitted! Its a Cobra i think, which works off of the standard key button
.......i kno a few others have mentioned this! Whats the score?? Sounds like the hydraulic tappets r ticking away nicely! Its not too bad, but slightly annoying! Could it be another trip to Renault for an engine strip??? :( Another thing, the car is just about to hit 10000 miles. Having had it...

i was speaking to them yesterday, the guy sounded ok, but im leaving the lowering and exhaust till my renewal, once i start PAYING for the insurance lol, and then just add all the mods as one!
I think the steering will be sharper! Having driven my mates 206 LX (granny car done up to look like a sports hatch), you hit a corner and it feels numb and laid back.......i imagine the Lesser clios will be the same! otherwise ur just calling it a sport cause it has alloys lol!
well i got the CAT1 upgrade to my 1.2 Dynamique, and i got a certificate of that! Insurance companies often ask for a certificate of installation. The 1.4 comes with the CAT 1 as standard, so id say the 1.6 will. Cheers, Rob

Rob............Ive already smoked One Extreme today!!! LOL! Nah mate, i drive for my own enjoyment, not to show other ppl how well you can put a clio through a hedge, backwards! Today was one of those once-in-a-blue-moon type things for me. (Yeah his was an extreme, not a dynam as i said above)
