nah open IK for the noise......closed airbox for the performance. altho i do run an open ik thru the winter months, and std airbox in the summer. more of a whistle and slightly more induction noise with the ik. which is nice.

the uprated clutches arent that bad tbh. iv had my uprated unit in for 2 years now...its absolutely perfect for the strip, and heavy abuse, full throttle changes/clutchless changes etc, sat in traffic with it isnt exactly a problem either, altho it does get a bit tiresome after a couple hours...
