you can adjust the dampers no matter how low you gone ye?
Can you actually notice the difference in ride whgen adjusted? as they quite a bit more expensive than highsports
I used to have this problem. Took a while to figure it but all that needed doing was the cv or ball joints, something like that needed reattaching and oiling. Now i hyave no creaking which is lovely as it was loud at times.
I have a 172 ff with aircon.
When i have my blowers on full (aircon not on) It's quite loud as normal. But if left on for a while the sound becomes suddenly louder and sounds different.
any one else experienced this?
no i dont get it either mate. one week 160 miles was motorway driiving and still only got 270 miles or so from 45 quid.
Doesnt seem to matter how i drive i never get more than 270miles
I used to get bad creaking noise and found it was the cv joints or balls ??? The garage fixed it by oiling it and reattaching it.
now fixed. took a while to figure like.
I know when you start your car up the OIL OK thing comes up and goes off after 1/2 seconds. but latly when i start the car it comes on and stays on for 5 minutes and when it eventually does come off it resets my mileage count everytime.
Any one else's doing this? Any reason why as it's annoying.
when i was 17/18 i didnt declare anything but was lucky not to have any problems. now (21) i declare everything.
Only problem is insurance companies do not like suspension mods which is what im going to add soon when purchased
ye i get moments where i think i'll go for just springs as it cheaper.
then get times and think f**k it i'm going for collies that way i can definetly have the car the height i want. but it loads more.
thing that puts me off collies is that i had fk's on my corsa which i lowered 60mm and it...
so why does it exist when i dont have cruise control?
I dont get the override thing if i had cruise control and wanted to cancel it id hit the brake not slam the accelerator.
Also the click thing does still work when car is fully switched off.
o right cause i've heard apex springs make a very harsh ride. so if your saying the fk collies would be worse then sounds like might aswell go for apex. Are there any less of a harsh ride springs? But want them to go down 40mm.
would buying upgraded shocks or dampers help make it ride better...
