L Reg, just over 101,000 Gaz, that is seriously low millage for a K reg, can understand with the williams but not a valver.

personally i would not bother getting them removed. Chances are the next time you park up, some tw*t will do it again. If youre thinking about selling then it may be worth it.

ETC should only come into play when it detects wheel spin, when it does it will reduce engine power. Thats as i understand it anyway.

with my old valver it was different again. Mine was a 1994 Under bonnet = siren Under dash - alarm sensor

2nd year with flux now. Only problem i ever had was when i swapped banks and contacted flux to set up direct debit with new bank and they told it was too late, they wanted payment from debit or credit card within a week else they would cancel the policy. Ended up borrowing from relatives to...

lets face it with renault build quality the car thief will grab the handle which will come off in his hands, the exhaust will drop off, all four tyres will instantly go flat and the engine will catch on fire. Hes not going to bother after that. ;)

i prefer stuff in writing, that way they cant back out of something they have written claiming they never "said" it. Also means i know what i have told them.

Has anyone cancelled and successfully managed to get any money back? Im on my 3rd letter to them now and not had any money back or even a reply! This is ongoing since 14th December!
