Would this be a dealer beginning with I?
I think there was a thread about this a while ago and it seems most dealers just put the same 10w 40 in that they use in the other Clios. I know my 172 had 10w 40 put in on its services at Liningtons when i had it.
Mike at Rentech has the proper Elf...
Had two exhausts from Prospeed now, and wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest.
Excellent value for money too. As you have seen most of his systems ar e comparable in price with off the shelf systems, but his is custom made to your requirements, properly fitted and with a lifetime warranty...
The interior light will be a normal filament bulb not an LED.
It's a 501 bulb in the 172 I think. You can get brighter / whiter versions, and i think LED replacement types too, but they wont fade on and off
Could try these: http://www.consumabulbs.com/files/bdet.php?id=220
Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. The different cloth doesn't bother me so I don't personally plan on getting it done, but some people have looked into it or got hold of standards 182 rear benches.
I used to think they were great tyres, I ran T1-S's and T1-R's on my 172.
Then I experienced the Exalto 2 and realised they are in a different league to be honest. PE2's or GSD3's are both better in the dry and the PE2's are unbeliveable in the wet in comparison.
I think 6 months will be £104.50. Looking at all the other 6 month rates its half + 10 %
e.g up to now 12 months was 165.00, 6 months 90.75
165 / 2 x 1.1 = 90.75
190 / 2 x 1.1 = 104.50
I did half a day at Bedford on my Turinis with 205/45/16 PE2's and then switched to the F1 Cups with 195/50/15 GSD-3's in the afternoon. It was close but I'd say the car handled better on the 15's. Not much of a fair comparison being different tyres but the 15's were great.
The only concern i...
I had my Trophy Supagarded by the dealer before delivery (they did it twice in fact...).
I'm not that impressed to be honest, its suppose to mean you dont need to wax it for 3 years, but i've now started to use other cleaning products on it which give a much better finish, and i'm sure just as...
Well the cost of one damper is high, but for a Trophy owner who may be needing to replace shocks & springs in a few years time, buying the upgrade kit and throwing away the unrequired bits seems a good plan! If £833 is a true price for the complete set of shocks and springs, then thats not too bad.
Interesting information! I doubted that a kit would ever exist but if they have a part no. and price then it sounds promising.
Price conversions:
Trophy upgrade kit at €1200 = approx £833
One front damper at €623 = £432 Ouch! :S
They are supposed to be completed on April 1st and will be put into use for their first time at a club event on the April 5th.
I'm off there for a trackday on the 14th so will be interested to see if they let us use the new garages and pitlane for that.
There's a joint meet between us and the South Central (north) people coming up on the evening of Wednesday 29th March.
More details here:

I'll be posting up about another South Central meet, probably look to have one early-mid April.
Blimey there's loads of you!
Hopefully we can get a few more people at our next meet (TBA!), would be good to beat our 21 car record for a local meet :D
Are the discs surface silver and shiny or a bit rusty?
It may just be surface rust on them (particularly if its rained) that takes a while to clear on the rears if they aren't being used heavily.
Welcome to Cliosport, RSTeam is an excellent site.
I don't know how much you've looked into it so far, but the biggest problem you will have is actually getting hold of some of the Trophy dampers. As far as i'm aware, they aren't currently stocked by Renault as a spare part. If you can get hold...
