Went out with my mate today, to take the first pics of my new Clio after my crash. I know im going to get the usual comments "needs lowered etc". i have recently ordered: An RS grill. French style plates. Silvatech bulbs & some white led sidelights. I was going to lower it 60mm on standard...

i dont want to make the wrong one though. haha. if anyone has a non sport model lowered on a set of these, id love to see them. I want a 60 drop but the guy at the garage says NO CHANCE on standard shocks and that il scrape things like sppedbumps.

Im unsure of wether to buy these. Supposedly im going to get a 50mm drop because its not a renault sport model, but how can i trust this ?

So if i bought these springs for my Dynamique id surely get a 50mm drop then ?

How can they drop a non sport 50mm and a sport 30mm ?? Is it because a standard non sport already sits higher than a sport ?

He was talking about the back springs popping out and stuff. he told me a few stories about that. and about guys have trouble with certain roads and with speedbumps etc

Ive heard they're the best. The guy says he can get me a set which does 45-50mm front and 30mm back. £210 for springs and fitment.

For a 40mm drop ?? The guy at the garage says ive got no chance with 60mm springs and standard shocks. So i suppose im just going to be a little more practical. I know that 40mm doesnt look as good, but theres speedbumps on every street in this town. Any help is much appreciated. :)

Have a wee snoop around on ebay. I dont think many deep dish wheels fit the clio. But i hear it can be fixed :)

dont do it mate. i know everyone has turinis, but they look much nicer than either of they wheels.
