I dont see how people can compare these two. One is a dedicated track car, and the other is more of a 'unique' car. Both special in there own way, but both totally different. The Vee is far from being a drivers car, sure its good, but its miles off being Exige good. Standard I found it...

Who cares? I'd take the Vee, couldnt stomach paying over £23k for a megane without a radio etc. Even though it will be a lot better in almost every department. lol

I'd rather the Vee tbh, purely because I like having something a bit different.

I miss my old 182 aswell, bought it nearly new, and the current 75k 172 just doesnt compare.

I had the A048 on my exige, in the dry they were awesome! Really were unstickabke. Possibly partly to do with the car, I dont know. But in the wet they were scary! Going over standing water was terrible and even crossing over White lines unsteadied the car.. Not for me thanks

Its pretty thickly set.. Just the ariel i have is a new one aswell, so thread is new. I bought some superglue remover to try out, couldn't find that de-bonder stuff. Will try removing some of it then rethreading. Cheers!
