I got a cup ............ had mine 3yrs i'm gunna do the 2nd service soon , would not recommend doing the 36k service with only 22k miles on it , you'll be ok with an oil change imo and check up on things , then nxt yr do the the 36k service , but its upto you .
you've done similar mileage to myself , just an oil change would be sufficient at this time , no need to work on years done , go by mileage too , so my cup after 3 yrs too will get an oil change this yr , the big 36k service nxt yr
i remember the thread tbh ....you left it in town ??
ok thieves will take it no matter what ..... so we all live in sh1thole areas where chavs steal everything that isn't screwed down ...wot you gunna do ?
yes std paint brushes are fine ..... try and get ones with long handles though , more reach to areas etc ...... yep u got the idea , leave it on stubborn area and work it in with the brushes to get the grime up :approve:
when you get your new one ...... put a rag around the base of it and use a pair of plyers to tighten it up more than hand tight .....keep it a bit longer :D
i bought several brushes as you want longer brushes to get into those hard to reach areas .... tooth brush will do .... just take your time on the stubborn areas :approve: .
you have to be careful of electrics , i'd use a brush to work into those stubborn areas too . in my experiences with this item i sprayed , brushed then clean off with damp rag ...rather than splashng water everywhere
