you can choose any colour tbh , or buy one predone , hillpower sell them already painted . you would need a good undercoat , heat resistant paint as well , any local paint shop will advise accordingly and paint is quite cheap , get some laquer(sp) too , that'll finish it off nicely

Yes as said do a search in the technical section , but you'll be looking at 5-10 bhp gains as well as some torque increase , there a few to look out for as well , ppl will recommend different ecu's as well as remaps and plug on chips , it all depends on what further mods you are looking at .
