Re: Anyone know what Renault charge for *just* a cambelt change, literally nothing el
Okay if it is genuinely every 3 years then of course I'll get it changed, I'm just not in the business of spending out money 3 years before it's needed! Even though... just checked with Engine Dynamics and...
Think I'll echo most other people and say save your money when it comes to performance mods, you'll be chasing something that doesn't really exist! If you wanna get an exhaust purely for sound though, go for it. Mods wise I'd personally just get some nice 15" wheels on and lower it a bit... then...

Clio 2.0 16V RENAULT Sport: every 36 000 miles (60 000 km) or 5 years.
Re: Anyone know what Renault charge for *just* a cambelt change, literally nothing el
Incorrect.
Aux belt is 5 years/36k miles...
Cambelt is 5 years/72k miles...
:)
Re: Anyone know what Renault charge for *just* a cambelt change, literally nothing el
Yup 5 years or 36k miles but I only do 5k miles a year so would take me another 5 years to get to that point! Definitely won't have the car by then :)
Re: Anyone know what Renault charge for *just* a cambelt change, literally nothing el
I'm not saying it's a lot, I'm just wondering the difference :) no need to get het up about it!
There was a new aux belt put on my car only 10k miles/2 years ago so no need for a new one of those... Engine...
Re: Anyone know what Renault charge for *just* a cambelt change, literally nothing el
Really? Wow... okay. Obviously by *just* I mean without aux belt & tensioner etc. but fair enough!
I know my local Renaultsport specialist (Engine Dynamics) charge £300... just wondering what Renault charge themselves as it might be going in there for something else shortly, thanks.
Regarding the resistors... firstly what value is needed? Hard to see on that picture.
Also, can these be reached easily after the seats have been fitted? i.e. no f**king about jacking it up again?
Thanks.
I probably would have stuck with what I've got but after buying after market wheels my insurance company has told me I've got to have locking bolts on there! Thought I might as well get some pretty ones lol.
Would something like this be alright...
Got these delivered today, looking very nice! I've read about them rusting, and am wondering what product could be used to add a layer of protection? And what people do with regular cleaning to stop it from occurring too bad.
Believe it or not, I've never actually changed a wheel. My tools are...
Okay so found this today, strangely it's not on the PS3 store though... only way I found it was on PC, then paid and added to the PS3 download list. Never done that before but works okay!
I'd say it's actually slightly worse now :S given up trying other players for the time being... tending to just hit shuffle whenever it starts from the beginning again. Annoying I never get to listen to the second half of mixes though!
Almost completely agree... the wheels are actually hanging, wtf is going on with manufacturers? This s**t needs to stop! Enough Halfords already :( colour is matt right? Never liked that. I also think the front end is far too square, but then a lot of cars seem to be going this way recently...
Noticed it mentions HDR will now stay on, which is good. But no mention of any fixes for the playlist resetting in Music :( gutted, most annoying thing about iOS 7.
Completely disagree with that as I found the glove box one useless, it fell out a few times per week. Gave up and bought a vent one and it's been absolutely spot on :p everyone's different I guess lol.
£200 is pushing it, but this is good if you don't mind a smaller screen...

Yup Brodit all day long. Much better off getting the vent ones rather than the glovebox ones mind... they're expensive yes but I take them from car to car.
Most companies are the same mate... I had 8 years with Aviva, but they only recognise 5. Had a bump, now I'm down to 3.
NCB has been discussed many times, waste of money. The difference of me going from 8/5 to 3 years was a £28 increase on my insurance! To protect them would have cost more than...
