i think buckets are your only option, you can either get reclining buckets or fixed back buckets i have a corbeau sprint seat which is a fixed back and comfortable to sit in

inside the boot you need to unscrew the 2 screws to take the lights off, then it is just a matter of switching the bulb holder from your current lights to your new lights, then just put them back in place and rescrew them if you have a ph2 mk1 you need to do some rewiring using fubars guide
