    my dad took mine off for me so i cant help you there.... but if you do colourcode them do more coats of paint and laquer then on the sidestrips as they get scratched easily

    is it as low as possible, when you lower it it moves back as well. If it is as low as possible give it a big shunt and see if you can dislodge it
