    Yes it's electrical on the 1.2's. As for spark plugs I'm pretty sure they use an 8mm socket fo remove them.

    Drivers side rear light cluster, pull it out, clean up all the contacts, sand down any rust, quick blast of WD40, stick all back together and that will sort the light rpoblem out.
