Most the office are playing Battlefield 2 at lunch at the moment. I played a bit of Liberty City stories on PS2 instead. Back to Call of Duty 2 when I get home though.
When the Gameboy Advance came out we used to play Mario Kart with the link cable at lunch. lol
You should see our office at lunch times. We've had groups of us sat around playing WiFi Mario Kart DS and Tetris! Pure innocent fun, except for the language "you f**king wanker blue shelling me".
Dave go back to selling spreadsheet software and leave the games to those who know.;)
It doesn't matter what age bracket a game is aimed at, good games are good games. The view you have means you will miss out on some amazing titles.
Forza was excellent on the 360. No GT4 but still an amazing first effort. 2 should be well worth getting.
I'm still really looking forward to TDU though.
I see the next Need for Speed is NFS Carbon. http://www.xboxyde.com/news_3098_en.html
You have no idea do you. lol
Some of the greatest games of all time have been on Nintendo hardware only. Any true gamer will mention Zelda Ocarina of Time as one of the greatest games of all time. Res Evil 4 was hardly a kids game. Mario Kart, Goldeneye, Diddy Kong Racing, Metroid...
No way are you a lone voice. I shall be buying Zelda on Cube and Wii.
If I'm a fanboy of any console it's anything Nintendo. It just puts a smile on my face.
PS3 will succeed because they have a massive usebase with the PS2, they have GT HD and MGS exclusively and you ask the average bloke...
From the pics it looks in good condition, and judging by the other cars on his drive way he's something of Renault enthusiast/trader. If it's not a long drive it's well worth a look.
I'd still prefer that white 106 GTi that's up for sale on here though, but that's just me.
I think if I was you, and knowing what the life span of these screens are, I'd just buy a new one and send that one away just on the off chance they do come through.
We've got a few of the Samsung 26" LCD screens in the office, I don't reckon they'll last long as they never get switched off...
One of the lads at work bought one a couple of weeks ago. We had both read all those threads also Griff, and to a degree it does have those problems. How bad they are depends entirely on what you are looking at from what we can tell. Most the time you would never notice it, however in...
Did you see how Sony have had to lower it's performance yet again to prevent over heating and reliability issues. I can understand that, the ones we have here sound more like servers, and are currently in rack mountable cases!!
It's so confusing people having different names on here and on Xbox Live. lol
We need a gamertag field in peoples profiles.
I borrowed Tomb Raider off a lad at work, and Call of Duty 2 is the office copy.
I finished it on hard over the weekend. Started a little Call of Duty 2 last night on Vet level. Not got anything else to play really, and Ping Pong makes me want to smash my console after an hour or so.
Liberty City Stories on PS2 should be here for me tomorrow so I'll have that to play.
