BenR worked out my SC f4r and you really wouldnt want to take it over 280hp with stock internals.
the pistons are made of cheese and the rods are cack
but nice to see somone else is doing the kit.
standard clutch slips around 250hp 220 lbft
and the box's are weak. if you have a cup then...
if its the subframes to the floor, you might even get a m10 bolt in which would be better!
just do NOT buy from b&q and the likes

a newbie fitted the system and it was a s**t fit etc, then charlie who was black and about 5ft tall? came over and sacked him.. the re did the exhaust on the 172 for me LOL

mite be worth fitting a 182 rear beam.
the bushes will be newer, and they have a bigger and stiffer ARB
there a direct fit too.
mine now runs a 182 rear beam of a 05 plate 182
i tried to remove the old bushes and ended up braking my vice (again) LOL

If you loosed the 4 16mm bolts on the left hand top mount, put a large bar behind the mount and pull the whole mount and engine forward as far as you can get it (engine is pulled towards the front bumper)
then whilst holding it forward tighten...
