Never had a mechanical fault like gearboxes or anything so can't be that brutal.

But in every experience I've had the 182 has been faster so why would I think otherwise. I had a freakishly fast 172cup aswell. Lol

im going from experience though, had 2 members on here in ph1s karl and chris205 all in a straight line just from rs tuning chris205 made 160 karls modded made 166 and mine 175 and from 60 all in a line mine pulled on both straight away then karl then chris so in order of powere really. thats in...

the reality is ph1 arnt as fast as 182 especially when rolling, ph1 makes around 160 bhp on the rollers and 182 are 170 plus and it shows. so the answer is no it wouldnt be slower.

Re: RB182 Diary Yeah mine did aswell, must be less pressure at that point so doesn't lose it all of the fluid. Test it by filling it then going for a 10 min drive if it's down again you have a leak.

have you actually tried exaltos? they are by far the best tyre on 182, ive had toyo on other cars they are cheap for a reason imo and last five minutes.

Not on your list but I would suggest get a ph1 172 learn to drive properly on road and do a couple of track days like you said, learn to maintain and about fuel costs etc then get your 200, will lose hardly any money on ya ph1 and you'll be able to handle and care for your new car.

Usually sum1 selling type r ones in the for sale section. Don't be a pikey and steal 1 you wouldn't like it if sum1 stole yours. There only a Tenner or summit.
