Bit of a pain but nothing undo able. So long as you get all the old lacquer off and scratch the paint a bit it's fine. I used 120 grit I think then went over it with 800
TBH its harder to spray the inside of the handles because you end up putting too much on the thing in general.

Coils are fitted, took me 4 and a half hours and that's with a ramp and air tools..
I hate changing suspension parts on cars it's such a ball ache.
Concerning the coilovers I've ridden blackpool donkeys that handle better, however this is because I haven't had them set up (camber etc) yet...
