    AFAIK its just a common characteristic in most hot hatches, my sisters 106 GTi had a really high biting point to it too.

    Sorry mate, I got them free from my garage as they lost my locking nut key when they were fitting my springs so they got new ones for me. They eventually found the key so I just sold the new nuts.
