Coilovers for a proper set up and proper lows. But decent packages are not cheap.
I went for springs. Eibach Sportlines are a very popular choice. They are a bit stiffer and on paper they lower by approx 30mm, how exact that figure is I do not know.
Or you could go for the other Eibach...
What do you expect lol!!?? Most people who use car forums are car enthusiasts!!
It's her car and she can get what she likes ultimately.
Just in my opinion for that money there is SOOOOO much better out there. As I'm sure you would agree
In my opinion YES! Or maybe something not so extreme. But at least an Ibiza Curpa.
Again, unless she is still young and struggles with insurance.
Just my opinion of course anyway.
Hehe was me :) I was miles away and half asleep otherwise I would have acknoledged you. Noticed you slow down as you passed me but by the time I saw it was a renaultsport it was too late.
Even if I have got a track day next Friday Fred ?? I was under the impression would need to get it sorted by then. Is it alignment I need and not a geometry set up then.
Cheers
So yeah I'm fitting my Eibach Sportlines soon. I don't really understand the difference between laser alignment, tracking, or geometry.
Would do I need to do after fitting new springs?
Can anyone recommend a decent place in the Croydon, Surrey area?
Only place I know of is Kwik Fit and I...
