Never had a problem with o2, orange were truly w**k.

Suprized you got an N73 from them, when I tried to uprgrade they said they won't do it anymore as it keeps going wrong. Orange is now cancelled. I upgraded my o2 phone to a n73 and kept my phone number that i've had for 7 years woo lol. Orange are rubbish.
