Get them refurbed!, the exhaust, gaz did while i fit the centre section, it was hooped to be fair, used metal polish and wire wool to start with, then just buffed it with a cloth, its not 100%, but its a lot better!!!

they start ticking mate! my cup had one, usually on idle aswell! if it is that you need a new one to cure it! about £40! ish!

may well be the charcoal canister, its underneath the drivers headlight kind of area??

First one could be anything mate! without hearing the noise its hard to say, there quite prone to the charcoal canister ticking in the inner wing drivers side? could it be that, belts usually make a noise or they dont if you get my drift!, second one i would say is normal, my cup is quite lumpy...

You need to get some proper terminals, and solder them onto the wires to do it properly!

Have you checked all the earths are good? battery to body? body to engine/gearbox etc??

I bet i can get that for a tenner from my motor factors! going to ask on monday!!

Any decent motor factors will sell you that fitting kit mate!

Doubtful, if anything a bit of fuel will have gone down into the cat, you will have been unlucky to do any damage!

Good luck! write down the bits you know about, granted if the headgasket is just weeping a bit of oil they may not do anything! if its not pissing out and its not leaking near belts its unlikely to do any harm, what mileage is it on??

Seriously! Explain you are not happy, take a male friend / relative with you if your blokes away! tell them the faults it has! and ask then what they intend to do about it!!!!
