lovin' it! haha took me a while to get used to it from the valver. First proper blasting was the meet on Sunday and I was rather impressed...I know the car can be put through a lot and take a fair pasting but it's my confidence thats holding me back (taken a few knocks in the past..) haha
not tooo bad, there are definately better places about though...
supprised you had trouble getting a test drive Nelson?!? I walked up to a 172 (last december) in thier car park, the salesman came over, I asked for a test drive and away we went, no questions asked at all...
you be right...first batch should be tunring up this week aparently (I called them today) Ordered mine a couple of weeks back so I'm getting one of the first batch (which are now all sold). They said the next batch won't be tunring up till the end of next month!
right here we go...the first half of the run...
(not a good start! although they were all very freindly and smiled and waved at us all as we crept past, which was nice)
The first stop...which was a very bad idea as we all got stuck in the smallest road leading to the smallest...
hay hay guys! fantastic meet..I got looooads of pics, think Lucy was getting a bit snap happy...I'll sort out some of the best as most are simular to Dave's.
Really enjoyed it, soo glad I was in the 172 too, think I would of had a broken back and be deaf if I still had the valver, some of...
from what you've played so far would you say it's better than the 360?
also fancy stading it up next to the 360 and taking some pics so some peeps can get an idea of its size? It's that and the price thats putting me off right now...
very rarely here mate. I live on the outskits down by the M25 but the gf lives in Kentish Town and I sometimes come up in the car to bring her home instead of her getting the train..makes for a nice drive early in the morning only takes about 40mins...
I think most people would dissagree that £500+ is rediculously cheap for a tv to be honest...anyway this is clearly off topic so we should'nt be hi jacking threads now should we ;)
haha it don't bother me,I get paid plenty and I got all the stuff I need, I'm talking about the world as a...
ok so you took me a bit too literally...the main point was that it's far too expensive right now to become your standard home equipment and the lack of DVD's available doesn't help...
If it takes off! Remember the Sony mini disc? the whole beta max vs vhs all over again!
Plus with utter crap films available on Blu Ray at the moment such as Click It's going to be a while before it becomes "standard household equipment"
iirc no one moaned the day of the 360 launch....and I don't have a psp so not bothered about a "rear view"
The size really puts me off too, the 360 only just fits on my shelf so I've got no chance of getting a PS3 on there
does your existing TV have a VGA input? I was tempted by a HD TV but after putting in the VGA cable I decided there wasn't enough differnce between HD or using the VGA cable...just my opinion...£20 cable or a £800+ TV..hmmm
Thinking about it I used a fair amount of this stuff on the valver and it did seem to run a fair bit smoother afterwards...used that 10k boost stuff too...the amount of crap that came out the exhaust while using that was amazing!
cool I'll take a butchers tonight..
I also went to Kvatch for the first time...that was a bad idea! biiig Oblivion gate! I got scared and decided to leave that for a while haha!
