They don't get a say in the matter. They just call Avis and request a Class B car. I guess Avis know better than using Renault. lol
The Pug is quite nice. Feels torquey for a 1.4 and the chassis is fluid, the steering is a bit like that on a CTR, gets heavier but tells you nothing.
You won't have any issues with 205/45/16s. 182s run that size as standard, and even though the offset of the wheel is different it won't be an issue with standard ride hight.
Don't tempt me Miles, I loved Donny. I'll just do Oulton this month as it's road tax time and I'll need new fronts after one more track day.
Omar, with the previous incident it was a an absolute farce, but RUK did all they could to resolve it and compensated me accordingly. With the current...
I've got a 206 Sport thing. 1.4 with a nice silver gearknob and pedals. Better than the Almera I got last time.
Because I just dumped my car on them they had no courtesy cars so they had to hire something for me.
197 is tempting, but the Trophy is special.:o
A week last Thursday the Trophy went in for it's 12k service and a bit of warranty work.
The warranty work was knocking engine mounts, and a knock/rumble through the floor under your feet.
They serviced the car, did the brake pads and the mounts and topped up the power steering fliud to fix...
If you go with them mate would you mind using me as a referal please?

My renewal is due and it would save me a few quid. :D
Jay put some Poorboys EX-p on mine after the first coat of wax. It comes off so easily. Then topped it off with P21.
I think I'll add a little Zymol Titanium this weekend.
So what the hell does the 3rd silver thing by my feet do? And no, it's not the dildo that fell out of your manbag Ali. ;)
The instructors are really good Maz, they'll have you pushing hard in no time at alll. Ooooer.
And I did. I have standard pads. If they need doing before the next service I may swap. The standard ones got a little smokey on track. lol
Beside, the Brembos on my 197 will be better.
Some pictures I took which do it justice: http://www.rapidpants.com/images/gallery/motors/2006/Oulton140506/index.html
I agree with Weemans comment there. Even if he does own a broken Golf.
It's racing blue mate:
There are five colours available on New Clio Renaultsport 197, three metallic and two non-metallic. There are three new colours to the range, Ultra Red (non-metallic), Deep Black and Albi Blue (metallic illusion). The non-metallic Racing Blue and metallic illusion Nimbus...
Yeah they are the Ferodo ones. You want to ask EVOgone as I know he's tried a few different ones out.
You wouldn't like Performance Friction pads as they destroy wheels with brake dust.
I love them, but to be honest the standard seats are fantastic. In the past adding Reacaros was a no brainer, now it's not such an easy decision. Still, I'm a label ***** so I'd probably add them for that reason alone. lol
Re: Break Help please ..
From what people have told me I'd probably just go with the DS2500 up front. I had new pads last week but kinda wish I'd gone for those now. I'll wait until I've killed the standard ones again first. They were smoking at FCS. lol
Edited the title.;)
