Foam is better for spreading most products, whereas an MF applicator give you the ability to work a product a bit more. For example, I use a foam applicator for wax, and an MF app for Werkstat Prime.

I've just given the car its 4th wash since CSS (4 months) and its first in about 2 months (now sitting on the drive instead of the garage). It was pretty shitty tbf, and apart from the boot/bumper the protection still seems to be there :)

I opted for a NEX-5N, which is essentially a posh PAS camera. It suits me fine in >80% of condiions with more carryability (invented word), It will fit in my winter coat pocket with the 18-55mm lense. However, (IMO) lack of viewfinder is a major set back. So much so that I want another...

Most temporary trim products require the same amount of work (G4 etc aside), but a bottle will last a LONG time. I can't comment on the highly regarded AF revive.
