mines now got 7k on it and im only half way down the original tyres, so no real worries there, you will love it, take it steady and get used to it, try and get it on a track(where its a bit safer) so you can learn its limits , then you will know what you can do and what you cant, it goes round...
i used to have an rs 1800, but it wasnt a match for my cup, nice car though, getting a little long in the tooth now,mind you it was 6 years ago when i first bought it
depends what you want it for,if you want it for looks then put them on, but if you want it to handle properly and to perform better leave the standard ones on, it might look a bit high also as the standard cup sits a little high especially at the front
£15147 seems alot to me,people are talking about £13.500 with everyting added, good price on the cup, but they seem to have added it onto the 182, ring round some dealers i would be very suprised if you didnt knock at least a grand off
im not saying this as a cuo owner,its just that nobody has questioned that a heavier 182 can do low 6s but who says a lightweight cup with slight mods cant knock 4 tenths of the 182 ??,ps i have it on very good authority that the 182 tested for the low 6s 0-60 was internally modified, ie engine...
yes i agree ,keep the cup,you just want it coz its new, it is nearly £5000 more,and in a years time you will want the next clio,if i was gonna spend another 5k i would get something that was alot faster, better, etc, this is the same car nearly ??
