^^ Brembo have recently starting making the rear discs with both bearings and abs rings, as well as the sets that come with the bearings.

General wear and tear things like you would on any car mate. Tyres, brakes, exhaust etc Also see if the cambelt was done by somebody who knows these cars and not "tippex timed" by someone. Not sure on your budget, but theres one in for sale section on here with less miles than that for...
