Really I wanted Racing Blue or Liquid Yellow... but I've now had 2 Titanium's lol. First I got because it had Recaro's, second one it was very local and very cheap!

Not sure... I've had another mate buy it for 2 computers. It went on his laptop without an issue, but his home computer wouldn't accept it! And this guy's a bit of a geek, top spec everything.

Just for comparison I got my 182 for £1,850 with 109k miles and 2 years left on the cambelt. It's been spot on... definitely worth shopping around! If the dealer is adamant on £1.6k then personally I'd walk away from that one.

Welcome mate. That sounds like a £1,200 172 to me... the steering wheel can be sorted from guys on here, re-furbs look really, really good. If you're doing belts make sure you go to a specialist. Clutches are always stiff, that's normal.

Washed it with numb hands... am now thinking I should get that 3M headlight kit because when the rest of the car's polished up they really start looking crappy! Has anyone got a link where you buy them?

Mate bought this on the £24.99 deal... done a system check said everything was okay. He paid, clicked install. Halfway through says 'Sorry Windows 8 cannot be installed on this system' and it cancelled itself without any explanation! Tried again, same thing. His computer is only 2 years old btw...

Could it be worth taking the wheel off and making sure all the connections are okay?

Does it have to be Microsoft? I use OpenOffice which is free and almost exactly the same, everything is compatible with Microsoft.
