I think the mirrors are universal but the base plates are for clios. just give them a ring they deffo do them. iirc there £99 for manual and £130 for electric, off the top of my head.

If its a grinding noise, maybe the wheel bearing......maybe lol....Does it make the sound, when not moving... Try taking the cap, top up fluid before if its low, then turn the steering wheel from lock to lock about 5-10 times, and put the cap back on and see if that makes any difference...
