ON the 172/182... the passenger side is fine if you do that zippo... but the drivers side.... NO chance! Brake/fuel rails are right in the way! I imagine in the newer sports are even more compact.
You should see what a mission the Modus is too. Tried to do my dads.. 3 hours later I gave up and he got it done for free at Renault .He's a driving instructor and gets his cars through them so they need to keep him sweet!
IF they are cared for properly though they are easy to maintain. Dont ask me what to use though as im still experimenting with crap.. Detailing world is worth a look through though.

Sanded down what was on there before a bit (was monaco and yellow)
Sprayed white all over and left to dry for a day.
Then spray some Monaco paint into the cap and used a small brush to put it on. The Monaco holts stuff I got is VERY runny and i have about 5 extremely thin layers on there...

No dude He means connect a bit of wire between that pin where the track actually goes too .The track is in essence a piece of wire anyway. if you get what I mean
