I'd be getting X1800XT's but they aren't out yet. The 7800GTXs really fly, over 13k in 3Dmark and run everything except the Unreal 3 stuff perfectly smooth. Shame they aren't stable at all.

Benchmarks look good, and with the X1800XT it blows away the SLI 7800GTX's. I just hope it's stable as the nForce 4 with SLI'd 7800GTX's is flakey as hell. Out of the 34 systems we have we returned half the cards and replaced them with X850 XTs to keep them stable.

Ordered it. £2,245.73 with VAT and shipping. Had to go with 2 X850XTs as you can't get the X1800 XL Crossfire master card yet. I'll have to benchmark it once it's together, see how it compares to the Alienware machines we have, Athlon X2 4800 with SLI 7800GTX.

haha, the lights on the Trophy light up more of the road than the xenons did on either of my last two, the only difference is they ain't so pretty and are more orange. lol

I've got some Phillips Blue Vision as they came free with the silver visions. They aren't so obvious in the Trophy, but were against the xenons of the 172/182.

It took me half an hour to get my lap time quicker than the rest of the CPU cars. It was only Mondello park so not many corners to learn. lol

Probably because the PSU couldn't supply enough power to all his devices. ;)

I'm running XP Pro X64 here. It's fine for work. It took me a while to find working drivers for some things, mainly printers/scanners etc. I've got an nForce 3 board and a GeForce 6800, both of which are supported, although the drivers for the mobo are old, and not great. The latest 64bit...

I'd go PSU also, I've had similar problems and it's always been down to the PSU.

Finished F.E.A.R, thoroughly enjoyed it. I installed GT Legends and had a bash for half an hour, I did the first race a few times, finishing second on the hardest difficulty level. I'll keep at it until I win of course. I couldn't be bothered to un box my decent wheel so used the old MS...
